Properties remain under the ownership and selling authority of their respective owners or institutions. Zarubima does not own or directly sell properties; it facilitates meaningful connections and supports the progression of property transactions.

How a sale is recorded
From the first listing to the final record, each sale has its own file. Every document carries the same Zarubima reference, so you can see which sale it belongs to and follow how it moves forward.

Published
The owner or institution lists the property on Zarubima. It gets its own ZB code, which stays with the property as the sale moves forward.
If the seller has a reference number of their own, both can appear together.

Distributed
Once published, the property becomes available for buyers to discover. Verified agents covering the property's district can also see it and help bring interested buyers forward.
- 03
Offer
A buyer makes an offer, directly or through a verified agent. If the seller makes a counter-offer, it is recorded alongside the earlier offer. Each step stays in order until an offer is accepted.

Accepted
Once the seller accepts an offer, Zarubima issues a Property Offer Acceptance Record. Anyone holding the document can scan its QR code to check that the record was issued through Zarubima.

Agreed
Once an offer is accepted, the next step is put in writing. A Property Transaction MoU records what the parties have agreed to, and each required party can review and accept it online.
- 06
Completed
Once the required documents are in place and payment is confirmed against supporting proof, Zarubima issues a Transaction Completion Record. The file is then marked as completed.
